Auto Driver Recruitment Associate

Location: Delhi NCR (Field Role – Noida, Faridabad, Ghaziabad & Gurugram)

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Auto Driver Recruitment Associate to help onboard auto drivers who have already registered on the Uber platform but have not yet completed their first trip. In this field-based role, you will meet drivers, guide them through the activation process, resolve basic issues, and help them complete their first ride so they can start earning.

Key Responsibilities
Meet and engage with registered auto drivers in the field.
Explain the benefits of driving with Uber and answer driver queries.
Assist drivers in completing the onboarding and account activation process.
Follow up with drivers until they successfully complete their first trip.
Resolve basic onboarding and app-related issues or escalate them when required.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly onboarding and activation targets.
Maintain accurate records of driver interactions and progress.

Requirements




Minimum qualification: 12th Pass or Diploma.
Prior experience as a Field Executive, Sales Executive, Driver Acquisition Executive, or in a similar field role is preferred.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable traveling and working in the field.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
Familiarity with Uber or other ride-hailing platforms is an added advantage.
Work Location Field-based role across Noida, Faridabad, Ghaziabad, and Gurugram.
