Job Summary

Lanson Toyota is looking for skilled and motivated Body Shop Technicians to join our growing Body & Paint team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in automobile body repair, denting, dismantling, fitting, and accident repair work.

Key Responsibilities
Perform denting, body repair, dismantling, and refitting of vehicles.
Carry out accident repair and body restoration as per Toyota standards.
Inspect damaged vehicle parts and identify the required repair or replacement.
Ensure proper alignment, fitting, and finishing of body panels.
Work closely with the Body Shop Supervisor, Service Advisors, and Paint Team.
Maintain high-quality workmanship and complete jobs within the committed timeline.
Follow safety procedures and workshop standards.
Maintain cleanliness and proper handling of tools and equipment.




Ensure customer vehicles are handled carefully and professionally.

Candidate Profile
ITI / Diploma in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering preferred.
Experience in automobile body repair / denting is preferred.
Candidates with experience in Toyota, Maruti, Hyundai, Tata, Mahindra, or other reputed automobile workshops are welcome.
Freshers with relevant technical qualifications may also be considered.
Good technical knowledge and a positive attitude.
Ability to work as part of a team and meet productivity targets.
