Job Description: Business Development Associate

Role Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Associate to identify current business opportunities, acquire clients, and drive revenue growth. You will build strong client relationships, promote the company's financial products and services, and contribute to business expansion through strategic sales and exceptional client engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development: Identify and acquire new clients while building and managing robust business relationships.

Client Acquisition: Understand client requirements and recommend suitable financial products and services to meet their needs.

Cross-Selling: Proactively identify client needs to cross-sell a comprehensive suite of financial products.

Client Retention: Maintain strong, trust-based relationships with retail and HNI clients through regular follow-ups and relationship management.

Market Research:



Monitor market trends and industry insights to identify new business opportunities and support business growth.

Technical & Soft Skills

Market Expertise: Deep interest in financial markets, investment products, and wealth management services.

Client Handling: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate financial solutions effectively to clients.

Sales Acumen: Proven capability to generate leads, acquire recent clients, cross-sell financial products, and achieve business targets.

Qualifications: Degree in Finance, Business, Marketing, or equivalent. Relevant industry certifications (e.g., NISM) are a major plus.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
