Job Description

Sr. Consultant – Digital Transformation
We are looking for a Sr. Consultant – Digital Transformation with experience in the Insurance industry, preferably across P&C;, Specialty,



or London Market, to lead end-to-end technology and RPA implementation projects from a functional and business perspective.
This role will work closely with clients, internal delivery teams, product teams, and leadership to understand business needs, conduct discovery sessions, identify process improvement and automation prospects, and ensure successful solution delivery.
The ideal candidate will have solid consulting, stakeholder management, business analysis, and project delivery experience, with the ability to manage client engagements, support RFP/RFI responses, and translate business requirements into actionable implementation plans.
Key Responsibilities
Manage technology and RPA implementation projects end-to-end from a functional perspective, including discovery, requirements gathering, solution design, testing, rollout, and post-go-live support.
Act as the bridge between business stakeholders
