Role

Key Responsibilities
Design and implement automation workflows integrating motion systems, DAQ units, and process control components.
Develop PLC, HMI, and/or PC-based control software using industry-standard platforms (e.g., Siemens, Beckhoff, NI LabVIEW, or Python/C++).
Configure and fine-tune servo drives and pneumatic actuators for coordinated multi-axis control.
Integrate data acquisition systems for sensor monitoring, signal conditioning, and real-time data logging.
Perform system-level testing, calibration, and troubleshooting during development and deployment phases.
Interface with external equipment using industrial protocols (Modbus, EtherCAT, CAN, etc.).
Create detailed documentation, wiring diagrams, and user manuals for each automation project.
Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to ensure smooth system commissioning and handoff.
Bachelors degree in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, or a related field.




1+ year of hands-on experience in automation or system integration roles involving industrial control systems.
Working knowledge of:
Servo motor control and tuning
Pneumatic actuation and valve systems
Motion control algorithms and hardware
Data acquisition systems (e.g., NI DAQ, MCC, Advantech, etc.)
PLCs, HMIs, and PC-based control systems
Familiarity with one or more programming environments (e.g., Python, LabVIEW, Structured Text, C/C++).
Experience in interpreting electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
Solid problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Positive verbal and written communication skills.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
