Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Lead Engineer with strong expertise in Angular, C#, and CSS to lead the design, development, and enhancement of scalable enterprise applications. The ideal candidate should have hands-on technical experience along with the ability to guide development teams and drive best engineering practices.

Primary Skills Required
Strong experience in Angular
Strong proficiency in C# and .NET technologies




Expertise in CSS and responsive UI development
Experience in full stack application development
Valuable understanding of REST APIs and backend integrations
Experience with database design and SQL queries
Strong debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills

Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end full stack application development activities
Design and develop scalable front-end and back-end solutions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for requirement analysis and implementation
Review code, mentor developers, and ensure coding best practices
Optimize application performance and maintain code quality standards
Participate in architecture discussions and technical planning

Preferred Qualifications
Experience leading enterprise application teams
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Exposure to Agile/Scrum development methodologies
Ability to work in a rapid-paced delivery workplace
