Role & responsibilities
Sell SBI credit cards to walk-in bank customers.
Explain card features, rewards, EMI, cashback, and offers.
Generate current customer leads through branch references and field activities.
Help customers complete application forms and KYC documents.
Maintain valuable relationships with branch staff and customers.
Achieve monthly sales targets and incentives.
Follow up on pending applications and approvals.
Provide customer support for basic card-related queries.
Maintain daily sales reports and update CRM systems.
Preferred candidate profile
12th pass or graduate.
Valuable communication and convincing skills.
Sales experience preferred (banking, insurance, telecom, loan, or credit card sales).
Freshers may also apply in some locations.
Comfortable with field work and target-based job.
Local language + Hindi/English preferred.
Basic computer knowledge.
