We are seeking a Functional Consultant with a robust interest in the Wealth Management domain who can work at the intersection of client engagement and project leadership. This role is ideal for a self-starter who wants to learn and agentic AI concepts to transform how wealth managers, banks, and fintechs serve their clients.
The role offers a unique prospect to contribute to high-profile projects with global BFSI clients (UK, Europe, India), support CXO-level business development, and build deep expertise in AI-powered wealth journeys
(such as onboarding, file-checking, advice reporting, wealth nudges).
Key Requirements
Background: Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or Technology (MBA preferred but not mandatory)
Domain: Solid experience between 8 to 12 years in Wealth Management / Financial Services (prior consulting experience with Big 4s, Accenture MBBs in BFSI a plus)
Skills:
o Analytical and structured thinking; ability to translate business problems into workflows
o Excellent communication and presentation skills
Mindset:
o Curiosity to learn agentic AI and it in real client contexts
o Entrepreneurial, proactive, and comfortable engaging directly with clients
