Key Responsibility:
Collaborate with the Site Engineer to gather and review daily work reports
Ensure the preparation and accurate maintenance of daily work reports
Proactively address and resolve client queries or any in office issues in a timely manner.
Develop and manage engineers' daily work schedules, assigning site supervision duties as needed.
Prepare and maintain an accurate transport expense sheet for budgeting and reporting purposes.
Create and submit detailed quotations for current fire extinguishers or refills, as required.
Communicate regularly with contractors to track work progress and provide necessary updates.
Maintain and update all project-related documentation, including files, reports, and records
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
