We are looking for a responsible, disciplined, and professionally driven Legal Associate who is eager to gain hands-on legal exposure beyond academics and is comfortable handling legal, operational, compliance, and client-facing responsibilities.

Key ResponsibilitiesLegal Drafting & Documentation
Draft legal notices, agreements, contracts, NDAs, appointment letters, rent agreements, affidavits, and other legal documents.
Prepare legal reports, case summaries, and supporting documentation.

Compliance & Registrations
Handle statutory registrations and compliance matters including:




○ GST

○ FSSAI

○ RERA

○ Shop & Establishment Registration

○ Other business and regulatory compliances
Coordinate with government departments and regulatory authorities for documentation and approvals.

Litigation & Field Work
Track case status through court portals and legal databases.
Maintain organized litigation records and documentation.
Visit courts, government offices, police stations, client locations, and incident sites whenever required.
Coordinate with advocates, police authorities, government officials, and administrative departments.

Client Handling & Case Coordination
Handle client inquiries, follow-up calls, and case coordination activities.
Conduct client meetings and maintain qualified communication.
Manage complaint intake and assign matters to relevant associates.
Maintain proper records of cases, complaints, and client interactions.
