Role description

Key Responsibilities
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
Translate business needs into user stories and functional specifications.
Collaborate with Salesforce Admins and Developers for solution design and implementation.
Conduct requirement discussions, workshops, demos, and UAT sessions.
Support Salesforce configuration activities during requirement gathering and solutioning phases.
Identify prospects for process improvement and automation.
Prepare project documentation, process flows, and training materials.
Ensure successful delivery by coordinating with cross-functional teams.

Required Skills & Experience
7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with minimum 5+ years as Salesforce BA.




Robust understanding of Salesforce CRM and business processes.
Experience in requirement gathering, stakeholder management, and solution design.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce configurations such as workflows, validation rules, and security controls.
Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
Ability to independently manage client discussions and project deliverables.
Experience in Agile methodology and UAT coordination is preferred.

Preferred
Salesforce certifications will be an added advantage.
Prior consulting/client-facing experience preferred.
