Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors for marketing requirements.
Support the management of social media platforms and digital marketing activities.
Prepare marketing materials, presentations, brochures, and promotional content.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify business opportunities.
Assist in organizing events, exhibitions, and promotional campaigns.
Monitor campaign performance and maintain marketing reports.
Coordinate with hotels and operational teams for marketing requirements.
Maintain brand consistency across all marketing communications.
Support lead generation and follow-up activities.
Perform other duties assigned by the reporting manager.

Qualification




B.Com / BBA (preferred)

Eligibility
Freshers are encouraged to apply.

Required Skills:
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
Basic knowledge of Canva or other design tools is an added advantage.
Robust organizational and coordination skills.
Creative thinking with attention to detail.
Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple tasks.
Self-motivated and proactive.
Solid interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced work environment.
