Trade Management
Maintain trade tariffs and service information.
Monitor freight market trends and competitor pricing.
Update internal systems with current rates and surcharges.
Assist in developing current trade lanes and service offerings.
Review trade performance and profitability.

Coordination
Liaise with overseas agents for freight rates and local charges.
Coordinate with Sales, Operations, and Customer Service teams on pricing matters.
Communicate vessel schedules, service changes, and market updates.
Support principal and agency communications.

Space & Equipment
Monitor space availability with shipping lines and NVOCC partners.
Coordinate slot bookings when required.
Assist in container equipment planning and availability.

Documentation & Reporting
Maintain pricing records and quotation history.
Prepare weekly and monthly pricing reports.




Assist in preparing trade performance and profitability reports.
Maintain customer and agent tariff databases.

Customer Support
Respond promptly to pricing enquiries.
Provide freight solutions based on customer requirements.
Support the Sales team during customer negotiations.
Request and negotiate freight rates with shipping lines, NVOCCs, and overseas agents.
Maintain updated buying and selling rate sheets.
Ensure quotations are accurate and submitted within the required timeline.
Follow up on pending quotations and rate confirmations.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
