Job Title: Sales Manager - Nissan Cars
Location: Nashik, Maharashtra
Key Responsibilities
Achieve monthly sales and retail targets.
Lead, train and motivate the sales team.
Manage enquiries, test drives, bookings and vehicle deliveries.
Drive finance, insurance, accessories and extended warranty sales.
Ensure high customer satisfaction and resolve customer concerns.
Prepare sales reports and monitor team performance.
Develop corporate, fleet and local market business.
Requirements:
Automobile sales experience with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
Solid leadership, communication and negotiation skills.
Experience in an automotive dealership preferred.
Valid four-wheeler driving licence.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
