Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of engineering professionals.
Plan, assign, and monitor technical tasks and project timelines.
Coordinate with management and cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
Provide technical guidance and resolve engineering-related challenges.
Ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining quality standards.
Review technical reports, research work, and project documentation.
Monitor team performance and support continuous improvement.

Required Skills:
Robust technical knowledge in core engineering concepts.
Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Eligibility
M.Tech in any Engineering discipline.
Minimum 1 year of experience in a technical or teaching role.
Fresh perspectives with solid leadership potential are also encouraged to apply.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
