Key Responsibilities
Generate leads through calls, referrals, digital platforms, and field activities.:
Contact prospective clients and understand their property requirements.:
Schedule and conduct property site visits for customers.:
Present residential and commercial projects to potential buyers.:
Build and maintain robust relationships with clients and channel partners.:
Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into sales.:
Negotiate pricing and finalize property transactions.:
Coordinate with legal, finance, and documentation teams to ensure smooth deal closure.:
Maintain customer records and update CRM with daily activities.:
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.:
Stay updated on market trends, competitor projects, and pricing.:
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
