We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Lead to join our retail team at Tanishq-Bundgarden. As the Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the retail store, leading a team of sales associates, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets
Provide training and guidance to team members on product knowledge and sales techniques
Monitor inventory levels and ensure products are displayed effectively
Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely manner




Collaborate with management to develop strategies for increasing sales and improving customer satisfaction

Qualifications:
Previous experience in retail management or leadership role
Solid communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a rapid-paced setting and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Knowledge of jewelry or luxury retail industry is a plus
