Curriculum Planning: Develop and implement engaging, play-based lesson plans that introduce basic literacy, numeracy, and creative skills.
Child Development & Care: Support emotional and social growth, including managing routines, play, and hygiene.
Classroom Management: Maintain a protected, clean, organized, and stimulating learning environment.
Observation & Assessment: Monitor and document students' progress, developmental milestones, and learning styles.
Parent Communication: Provide regular updates to parents regarding child behavior, progress, and needs.
Safety & Supervision: Ensure constant supervision and adhere to health and safety procedures.

Required Qualifications & Skills
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education (ECE)



or a related field is often preferred.
Certification: Teaching certification or license for early childhood education.
Experience: Previous experience working with young children (e.g., daycare, preschool).
Skills: Solid communication, patience, creativity,, and, interpersonal skills.
