The Role

As an Assistant Service Coordinator, you will support the Service Manager in planning and scheduling technicians to deliver timely, secure, and high-quality service. The role involves close customer coordination, service administration, reporting, system compliance, and operational support across contracted and non-contracted work.

This is a fulltime role, based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, working for Australian business hours.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and schedule technicians to meet customer and contract requirements
Maintain strong customer communication and manage service enquiries
Support safety compliance and escalate incidents as required
Coordinate service contracts, non-contracted work, and referrals




Assist with reporting, billing coordination, payroll readiness, and toolbox meetings
Maintain accurate data in Dynamics 365 FSM/CRM and inventory systems
Monitor aged debtors and support service and inventory allocation
Degree or Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
5+ years’ experience in coordination, scheduling, or resource planning
Strong communication and customer engagement skills
Positive understanding of mechanical/electrical equipment
Proficient in Excel, Word, Dynamics 365, and inventory systems
Knowledge of service contracts, quoting, and estimating

This is a fulltime role, based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, working for Australian business hours.

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
