Required Skills and Expertise - Jewellery Casting Department Head
In-depth Knowledge of Metals and Alloys
Expertise in Powder Setting and Casting Processes

Proficient in all stages of jewellery casting, including investment preparation, burnout cycles, and casting techniques (vacuum/centrifugal), with a focus on quality control and precision.
Wax Department Operations & Wax Injection Techniques

Skilled in wax model production, including wax dye cutting, injection molding, and tree assembly, ensuring high accuracy and defect-free patterns.
Filing, Paper Correction, and Pre-finishing Workflows

Hands-on experience with manual and machine-assisted filing, paper correction, and preparation of cast pieces for further processing.
Leadership & Team Management

Proven ability to lead and motivate a team, delegate tasks effectively, and foster a team-oriented and results-driven work environment.




Training and Staff Development

Committed to skill development through continuous training programs, SOP implementation, and performance monitoring for team members.
Machine Handling & Preventive Maintenance

Thorough knowledge of casting-related machinery, including operation, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance to ensure uninterrupted production flow.

Minimum 10 years of Expirence required

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹65,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
