Content Planning & Execution
Coordinate with graphic designers and marketing teams to ensure timely content delivery.
Prepare detailed creative briefs and provide feedback on creative assets.
Suggest cutting-edge campaigns, content formats, and engagement initiatives.

Community Engagement
Manage daily posting and content scheduling.
Monitor comments, messages, and audience interactions.
Build and maintain positive engagement with online communities.
Stay updated with platform changes, trends,



and algorithm updates.

Analytics & Reporting
Track and analyze key performance metrics, including:
Reach
Engagement
Clicks
Follower Growth
Conversions
Prepare monthly performance reports and actionable insights.
Recommend improvements to optimize content and campaign performance.

Required Skills & QualificationsMust-Have Skills
Minimum 1 year of experience in Social Media Management.
Solid social media copywriting and content creation skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
Experience with audience research, competitor analysis, and trend monitoring.
Ability to analyze data and generate performance insights.
