Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote products and services.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
Generate qualified leads and convert them into sales.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication until closure.
Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information about products, pricing, and offers.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM or database.
Build and maintain positive customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
Coordinate with the sales and operations teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and market trends.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
