KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform high-quality TIG welding on stainless steel, aluminum, and mild steel.
Read and interpret welding drawings, blueprints, and work instructions.
Inspect welds for quality, accuracy, and adherence to specifications.
Select appropriate welding parameters, filler rods,



and shielding gases
Collaborate with production, fabrication, and quality teams to meet project timelines.
Suggest improvements to welding procedures to enhance efficiency and quality.
Ensure all work is carried out safely, following company and regulatory safety standards.

REQUIREMENTS:
Solid knowledge of welding techniques, symbols, and standards.
Ability to work independently and deliver accurate, clean welds.
ITI/Diploma in Welding.
Good problem-solving skills for weld defects and troubleshooting.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
