Job Overview:
We are hiring a Business Development Executive for a third-party support process in Australia. This role strictly involves calling potential clients and booking service appointments and maintaining the records and reports management.

Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to clients
Clearly communicate and explain the purpose of the call
Book service or support appointments as instructed
Assigning shifts to other staff members via call and CRM
Maintain call records and appointment details
Attend weekly reviews and follow process updates

Required Skills:




Excellent spoken English (mandatory)
Clear pronunciation and qualified phone etiquette
Ability to handle calls confidently and politely
Basic computer knowledge for updating records
Disciplined, punctual, and process-oriented

Significant Notes:
This role is permanent and on-site:
No work-from-home option
Training will be provided

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
