We are seeking a highly experienced and result-oriented Logistics Manager to lead end-to-end logistics and distribution operations for our FMCG business. This role will be responsible for logistics planning, transportation management, dispatch execution, freight optimization, and multi-channel distribution channels.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute logistics plans to ensure timely, cost-effective, and productive product deliveries.
Manage end-to-end dispatch operations across multiple locations and distribution points.
Ensure complete visibility and control over vehicle movement, shipment tracking, and delivery performance.
Drive logistics capacity planning aligned with production schedules and demand forecasts.
Identify, onboard, and manage transport partners to support business requirements.
Negotiate freight rates, transportation contracts, and service-level agreements.
Monitor transportation costs and implement initiatives to improve freight efficiency.




Ensure skilled transport management practices and compliance standards.
Manage logistics operations across: General Trade, Up-to-date Trade, Canteen Stores Department, E-commerce and Emerging Channels
Collaborate closely with Sales, Production, Dispatch, and Warehouse teams for effective vehicle planning and dispatch scheduling.
Align logistics operations with business priorities and customer requirements.
Provide regular operational updates, performance reviews, and improvement recommendations to the Founder’s Office.
Process Excellence & Systems Development
Design and implement SOPs, logistics workflows, and governance mechanisms.
Transform traditionally managed logistics processes into a structured, technology-driven function.
Track and improve key logistics KPIs, including:
On-Time Delivery (OTD)
Freight Cost per Unit
Vehicle Utilization
Transit Time Adherence
Order Fulfillment Efficiency
