Key Responsibilities
Inventory Management:
Maintain accurate stock records of food, beverages, and catering supplies.
Monitor inward/outward material movement and ensure timely replenishment.
Conduct regular audits to prevent shortages or wastage.
Vendor & Client Coordination:
Liaise with vendors for procurement of raw materials and supplies.
Handle client communication regarding catering requirements and delivery schedules.
Operational Oversight:
Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
Support catering operations by aligning store activities with event schedules.
Financial & Administrative Duties:
Track expenses, prepare reports, and assist in budgeting.
Manage billing, payment follow-ups, and reconciliation with vendors.
Support sales and business development activities when required.
Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
