As a part of the team, you will deliver technology stack, using solid analytical and problem solving skills to understand the business requirements and deliver quality solutions. This will be done in conjunction with fellow engineers, business analysts and business stakeholders.

To be successful as a Python/AWS developer you should have experience with:
Solid Python engineering experience (production‑grade code)
Valuable Hands‑on experience with AWS and cloud‑native architectures
Experience with platform engineering, internal developer platforms, or shared runtime platforms
Solid understanding of SRE principles, reliability engineering, and distributed systems




Own and manage the Application Platform, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance
Design and implement scaling strategies for application and workloads
Build self‑service platform capabilities for engineering and capability teams
Operate and evolve cloud‑native platforms on AWS and On-premise Kubernetes platforms
Build observability (monitoring, logging, alerting) into platforms by design
Lead incident response, root cause analysis, and reliability improvements

Some Other Highly Valued Skills Include
Experience with AWS cloud platform.
Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Knowledge of front-end technologies (JavaScript, Angular, React) is a plus.
