Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Procurement Manager who can ensure timely procurement of raw materials, machinery components, and fabrication items, drive cost-effective sourcing, and build solid vendor relationships — so that production schedules run without delays.

Key Responsibilities:
Plan procurement of raw materials and consumables such as MS/SS sheets, pipes, motors, pumps, valves, and electrical components
Identify, evaluate, and onboard recent vendors/suppliers (local and pan-India)
Handle price negotiation, quotation comparisons, and cost optimization
Generate purchase orders (POs) and follow up on timely delivery
Monitor inventory levels to avoid stock-outs or overstocking




Coordinate with the QC team on incoming material inspection against quality standards
Manage vendor payment terms and credit terms, coordinating with the Finance team
Work closely with Production, Design/R&D;, and Fabrication teams to understand material requirements
Handle logistics and GST/tax compliance for import/export or interstate procurement
Prepare procurement budgets and present cost-saving reports to Management
Negotiate long-term contracts/rate contracts with key suppliers

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
