Key Responsibilities
Drive sales growth and market expansion across assigned territories
Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities
Build and strengthen relationships with dealers, distributors, architects, interior designers, builders, developers, and corporate clients:
Expand and manage the dealer and distribution network
Generate qualified leads and convert them into business opportunities
Collaborate with internal teams to provide customized customer solutions
Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets:
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements




Ensure exceptional customer experience and long-term relationship management
Represent the company's premium product portfolio in the market

Eligibility

Minimum 3+ years of sales/business development experience in Furniture, Mattresses, Building Materials, Modular Kitchens, Interior Products, Motion Furniture, Plywood & Laminates, UPVC Doors & Windows, Lifts & Elevators, Home Improvement, or related industries.

Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities

Ability to work independently and manage territory sales
Basic understanding of measurements, percentages, area, and volume calculations
Willingness to travel extensively

Qualifications:
