Key ResponsibilitiesElectrician
Install, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical systems, motors, panels, and wiring.
Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of plant electrical equipment.
Diagnose electrical faults and restore equipment with minimum downtime.
Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and company policies.
Maintain maintenance records and report equipment issues.
Assist in electrical installations and machine commissioning.
Coordinate with production and maintenance teams for timely issue resolution.

Fitter
Assemble, install, repair, and maintain mechanical equipment and machinery.
Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of production machines.
Replace worn-out machine parts, bearings, belts, gears, and other mechanical components.
Read and interpret mechanical drawings and equipment manuals.
Ensure proper alignment, lubrication,



and smooth operation of machinery.
Maintain tools and equipment in valuable working condition.
Follow safety procedures during maintenance and repair activities.

Required Skills:
Knowledge of preventive and breakdown maintenance.
Ability to troubleshoot electrical/mechanical faults.
Familiarity with manufacturing plant equipment.
Basic understanding of safety practices and industrial maintenance.
Positive teamwork and communication skills.
Willingness to work in shifts.
ITI Electrician / ITI Fitter or equivalent qualification.
Experience in a manufacturing industry will be preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
