We’re Hiring: Learning & Development Associate

We’re looking for In-Office Role Learning & Development. Associate with 3 years of experience who have fire in their belly, a learner’s mindset, and a dream to grow.

We’re a rapid-paced L&D; startup on a mission to redefine learning impact through simulations, psychology, and human behaviour.

Required Immediate Joiners

Willing to travel to Faridabad Office (2mins walk from Neelam Metro Station)

What You’ll Do
Assist in planning and executing training sessions
Learn and gradually deliver training programs independently:
Travel across locations to conduct sessions (as you grow into the role)
Create and support training content (presentations, materials, etc.)
Engage with diverse teams and enhance learning experiences

What We’re Looking For
Robust communication and interpersonal skills
Pleasant, confident personality




Tech-savvy with working knowledge of Canva, MS Word, Excel, etc.:
A genuine interest in training, facilitation, and people development
Willingness to travel and take ownership

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

Experience:
L&D;: 3 years (required)
Canva, MS Word Excel: 3 years (required)
