About the Job:
As a Meta Ads Expert, you will be responsible for planning, executing, optimizing, and scaling paid campaigns on Meta platforms. You will manage the entire funnel — from audience research and creative testing to conversion optimization and ROAS improvement. This role requires a blend of analytical thinking, creative strategy, and performance discipline. You will collaborate closely with content, design, product, and analytics teams to ensure every campaign delivers measurable business impact.

Key Responsibilities:
Plan, launch, and manage Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, and Audience Network.
Develop full-funnel paid strategies (awareness, consideration, conversion, retargeting).
Perform audience research, segmentation, and lookalike audience creation.
Execute creative testing frameworks (ad copies,



creatives, formats, CTAs).
Optimize campaigns for key metrics such as CPC, CPA, ROAS, CTR, and LTV.
Monitor daily performance and make data-backed optimizations at scale.
Coordinate with designers and content teams to produce high-performing creatives.
Implement and manage Meta Pixel, Conversion APIs, and event tracking.
Analyze campaign data and prepare performance reports with actionable insights.
Stay updated on Meta Ads best practices, algorithm changes, and recent ad formats.
