About the Role

We have two openings for Executive Assistants supporting our Directors at our corporate Head Office. These are high-trust, high-visibility roles where you will work directly with senior leadership on a daily basis. If you are organised, discreet, and thrive in a fast-paced corporate workplace, this role is worth your attention.
Opening 1 - Executive Assistant to Director_

Requirements:
4 to 8 years of experience as EA or PA directly reporting to a Director or CXO
Graduate in any discipline
Strong MS Office and Google Workspace skills
Excellent written and verbal communication in English




Opening 2 - Senior Executive Assistant to Director_

Requirements:
6 to 12 years of experience as EA or PA directly reporting to a Director or CXO
Graduate in any discipline
Advanced MS Office, MIS reporting, and qualified drafting skills
Excellent written and verbal communication in English

Key Responsibilities (Both Openings)
Manage the Director's calendar, appointments, and daily schedule
Coordinate internal and external meetings - agendas, logistics, and follow-ups
Prepare reports, presentations, and minutes of meetings
Handle domestic and international travel coordination and logistics
Act as the primary liaison between the Director and internal/external stakeholders
Track delegated tasks and ensure timely completion across departments
Handle all confidential matters with complete discretion
