Position: F&B; Service Waiter
Department: Food & Beverage Service
Reporting To: Restaurant Manager

Job Summary

The F&B; Service Waiter is responsible for providing excellent food and beverage service to guests by ensuring a pleasant dining experience through professional, courteous, and effective service.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist guests in a friendly and skilled manner.
Take food and beverage orders accurately and serve them promptly.
Ensure tables are properly set before service and cleared after use.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the restaurant and service areas.
Recommend menu items and answer guest queries.
Coordinate with the kitchen and bar for timely service.




Handle guest requests and complaints politely and efficiently.
Follow hotel SOPs, grooming standards, and food safety guidelines.
Assist with banquet and event service when required.

Requirements:
Minimum 6 months of experience in F&B; Service is preferred.
Valuable communication and customer service skills.
Basic knowledge of restaurant service procedures.
Ability to work in shifts and under pressure.
Positive attitude and teamwork skills.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
