Manager - ₹1,50,000 per month
Senior HR - ₹1,00,000 per month

Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment process
Handle HR communication and employee coordination
Manage onboarding and joining formalities
Maintain employee records and HR documentation
Coordinate with management and department heads
Prepare hiring reports and daily updates
Support company growth and team management

Requirements:
Good communication skills
HR, recruitment or team management experience preferred
Basic computer and internet knowledge
Professional behaviour and leadership skills
Hindi and English communication ability
Ability to manage hiring targets and follow-ups
Immediate joiners preferred
