Key Responsibilities
Supervise and execute day-to-day construction activities at the project site.
Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Coordinate with contractors, consultants, clients, and project teams.
Monitor project progress and prepare daily/site progress reports.
Ensure proper material management and quality control.
Maintain compliance with safety standards and company policies.
Resolve technical and site-related issues.
Support planning, billing, estimation, and project execution activities.
Eligibility Criteria
B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
Experience:
2 to 15+ years in civil construction/site execution.
Experience in residential, commercial, industrial, or infrastructure projects is preferred.
Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Office, and construction practices.
Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to work at project sites in Gurugram.
