DATA ENTRY Operator - Excel proficient
Review, fact-check and process datas on excel
Type in data provided directly from customers.
Create spreadsheets with large numbers of figures without mistakes.
Verify data by comparing it to source documents.
Update existing data.
Retrieve data from the database or electronic files as requested.
Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation.
Sort and organize paperwork after entering data to ensure it is not lost.
Research on marketplaces and Internet browser
Collaborate closely with other team members and departments
Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential

REQUIREMENTS:
Proficient in excel
Agile on computer
Agile on internet researches
English as first language
Meticulous and hard working
Positive proficiency in written & verbal communication is desired
