We are hiring a reliable Paneer Making Worker to join our dairy production team. You will handle the daily crafting, pressing, and packaging of high-quality paneer.

Key Responsibilities
Boil milk and monitor temperatures accurately.
Curdle milk using food-grade coagulants safely.
Drain whey using traditional muslin cloths.
Press blocks to achieve the perfect texture.
Cut paneer into standard commercial sizes.
Pack products and label them for distribution.
Clean equipment to maintain strict hygiene standards.

Requirements:
Experience: Prior dairy or commercial kitchen experience preferred.
Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 25 kg.
Skills: Comfort working in warm, humid environments.
Hygiene: Strict adherence to food safety rules.
