Key Responsibilities
Attend incoming property enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, website, social media and walk-ins.
Understand the customer’s budget, preferred location, property type and buying timeline.
Record every enquiry and customer requirement accurately in the CRM or Lead Register.
Follow up regularly with interested customers through calls and WhatsApp.
Explain project details, pricing, floor plans, amenities, payment plans and possession timelines.
Schedule and conduct property site visits.
Coordinate with the sales manager, builders, property owners and channel partners.

Pay: From ₹12,000.00 per month
