Development Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain Apex classes, triggers, batch jobs, and asynchronous processes.
Build and enhance Lightning Web Components (LWC) for responsive, user-friendly interfaces.
Develop and maintain REST/SOAP API integrations with third-party systems and middleware.
Configure Salesforce objects, fields, flows, page layouts, validation rules, reports, and dashboards.
Write efficient SOQL/SOSL queries and optimize solutions for large data volumes.




Conduct code reviews and maintain adherence to Salesforce development standards and best practices.
Participate in release management, sandbox strategy, and CI/CD deployment processes.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across development, testing, and production environments.

Essential Skills & Experience
5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
Robust proficiency in Apex (classes, triggers, batch Apex, future methods, SOQL/SOSL)
Solid experience building Lightning Web Components (LWC) and working with JavaScript
Hands-on experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs
Good working knowledge of Flow Builder, Process Automation, and Lightning Experience
Familiarity with Salesforce objects across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or related products
Experience working in Agile environments with familiarity with SDLC and version control (Git)
