Role Overview

Note: Applicants without prior training experience will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct engaging theory and practical sessions in skin therapies and cosmetology as per the Lakmé Academy curriculum
Mentor and guide students, addressing queries and building professional confidence
Conduct internal assessments and prepare students for final certifications
Ensure high standards of hygiene, professionalism, and effective classroom management
Stay updated with current beauty industry practices and integrate them into training

Requirements:
Mandatory:



Prior experience as a trainer/educator in the beauty/skin domain
Diploma/Certification in Cosmetology / Skin Treatments (required)
Minimum 1+ year of training experience in Skin/Cosmetology
Strong communication, teaching, and mentoring skills
Passionate about education and grooming future professionals
