Key Responsibilities:
Lead Management
Handle all incoming wedding and event inquiries.
Contact prospective clients and understand their wedding requirements.
Maintain and update lead information in the CRM system.
Follow up regularly with potential clients.
Client Consultation
Understand client requirements including:
Wedding destination
Preferred hotels and venues
Guest count
Budget expectations
Room requirements
Event dates
Wedding functions and services required
Provide suitable venue and hotel recommendations.
Hotel Coordination
Communicate with hotels, resorts, banquet venues, and hospitality partners.
Collect quotations, room inventories, banquet rates, and package details.
Negotiate rates and special offers with hotel sales teams.
Ensure timely collection of proposals and availability information.




Relationship Management
Act as a single point of contact for clients throughout the booking process.
Build and maintain solid relationships with clients and hospitality partners.
Resolve client concerns and coordinate solutions.
Sales & Conversion
Present proposals and venue options to clients.
Conduct follow-ups and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Assist clients in finalising venues and wedding packages.
Coordination & Reporting
Maintain records of all inquiries, quotations, and bookings.
Prepare reports on leads, conversions, and revenue generation.
Coordinate internally with the operations and management teams.
Skills Required_
