Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Counsel prospective students and parents regarding available courses and admission procedures.
Handle inbound and outbound calls and follow up with leads generated through various sources.
Understand students' requirements and recommend suitable programs.
Maintain and update lead information in CRM and ensure timely follow-ups.
Convert inquiries into admissions and achieve monthly targets.
Provide accurate information regarding course details, eligibility criteria, fees, and documentation requirements.
Build and maintain solid relationships with students and parents.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth admission process.
Prepare daily reports and maintain admission records.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
