Role Overview

We are seeking a highly driven and creative skilled to lead our Social Media & Influencer function, specifically aligned with Investment Banking services. This role is critical in shaping the firm’s digital voice, building brand authority, and engaging with a niche audience that includes investors, founders, corporates, and financial professionals.

Key Responsibilities
Social Media Strategy & Management
Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the firm’s investment banking goals
Manage and grow platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, and other relevant channels
Maintain a consistent and qualified brand voice across all digital platforms
Plan and execute content calendars focused on finance, investments, market insights, and corporate advisory




Use of AI-driven tools to generate and qualify corporate leads for high-value (large-ticket) fundraising opportunities.
Influencer & Industry Collaboration
Identify, evaluate, and collaborate with finance influencers, creators, and thought leaders
Build strategic partnerships with professionals in the investment banking and financial ecosystem
Manage influencer campaigns end-to-end, including outreach, negotiation, execution, and performance tracking
Brand Building & Thought Leadership
Drive thought leadership by publishing insights, market trends, and expert opinions
Enhance employer branding to attract top talent in finance and consulting
Monitor competitor activities and identify prospects for differentiation
Analytics & Performance Tracking
Track key metrics such as engagement, reach, impressions, and conversions
Analyze campaign performance and optimize strategies accordingly
