Chief Executive Officer (CEO) / Executive Leadership Team
Position Summary
The Chief of Staff serves as a strategic advisor and operational partner to the CEO and executive leadership team. This role drives organizational priorities, manages cross-functional initiatives, improves executive decision-making, and ensures alignment between strategy and execution. The Chief of Staff acts as a force multiplier for leadership by coordinating key projects, tracking performance, and facilitating communication across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning & Execution
Partner with the CEO to develop and execute strategic priorities.
Monitor progress against company goals and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Lead special projects and strategic initiatives across departments.
Conduct research, analysis, and business planning to support executive decision-making.
Executive Support & Leadership
Prepare executive briefings, presentations, and board materials.
Manage leadership meeting agendas, action items, and follow-up activities.
Serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO on organizational and operational matters.
Facilitate communication between executives, teams, and external stakeholders.
Operational Excellence
Identify prospects to improve business processes and organizational efficiency.
Coordinate cross-functional projects and ensure timely execution.
Track critical business metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement.
Support change management and organizational transformation initiatives.
Stakeholder Management
Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Collaborate with department leaders to resolve issues and remove obstacles.
Represent the CEO in meetings and discussions when appropriate.
Ensure alignment of priorities across business functions.
Governance & Reporting
Support board meetings, executive committees, and governance processes.
