Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain mobile/web applications end-to-end.
Optimize applications for performance, stability, and maintainability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Cloud Engineers, Software Engineers, and QA.
Leverage native APIs for deep integration with platforms.
Diagnose and resolve bugs and performance bottlenecks.
Contribute to the open-source community and implement mission-critical software fixes.
Measure and monitor product performance using key metrics.
Deploy React Native applications to the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

Requirements
5+ years of experience building production client-side or mobile applications.
Strong proficiency in JavaScript, React, and React Native, including supporting libraries.
Hands-on experience across:
Front-end UI
Business logic
Data tiers
Experience defining front-end architectures and evaluating technical feasibility.




Robust knowledge of ES6 and ES7 features.
Ability to diagnose issues both within and outside the codebase.
Experience building and deploying React Native applications to the App Store and Play Store.
Experience with Jest or other unit-testing libraries.
Solid proficiency in HTML/CSS and modern best practices/design patterns.
Experience with Git repositories, CI/CD, and DevOps practices.
Experience with technologies such as Laravel, Android, PHP, Java, Kotlin, Swift, Objective-C, C, SQL, and Node.js is a plus.
Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
Demonstrated ability to mentor developers and maintain architectural vision and software quality.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience developing highly interactive user experiences.
Robust understanding of client-side scalability, performance, and reliability.
Ability to work effectively in an Agile environment and knowledge of Agile best practices.
