About the Role

Key Responsibilities
Lead the design and development of residential, villa, apartment, and commercial projects.
Prepare and review concept designs, schematic drawings, detailed architectural drawings, and construction documentation.
Coordinate with clients to understand project requirements and provide design solutions.
Lead design presentations and obtain client approvals.
Coordinate with Structural, MEP, Interior Design, and Project Execution teams.
Ensure all architectural drawings comply with local building by-laws, NBC standards, and statutory regulations.
Review and approve working drawings, shop drawings, and material specifications.
Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure execution as per approved drawings.
Resolve technical and design-related issues during project execution.




Guide and mentor Junior Architects, Interior Designers, and 3D Visualizers.
Coordinate with consultants, vendors, and contractors throughout the project lifecycle.
Ensure projects are delivered within budget, quality standards, and timelines.
Prepare BOQs, material specifications, and design documentation.
Support value engineering initiatives to optimize project costs without compromising quality.
