Are you someone who loves scaling campaigns, generating quality leads, and optimizing performance? We’re looking for a Performance Marketer who can drive real results through Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads

What You’ll Do:
Plan, execute & optimize paid campaigns
Generate high-quality leads via forms, landing pages & WhatsApp
Work on audience targeting & retargeting strategies
Improve CPL (Cost Per Lead) and campaign ROI
Collaborate with design team for ad creatives
Analyze data & share actionable insights

What We’re Looking For:
Hands-on experience in Meta Ads & Google Ads
Robust focus on lead generation campaigns
Basic knowledge of Google Analytics
Understanding of funnels & landing pages
Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills
Agency experience is a plus

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
