Job Title: Sales and Service Engineer

What You’ll Do:
Provide Installation, Maintenance, and Technical support for our full portfolio of medical devices at hospitals, clinics, and healthcare centers
Perform advanced troubleshooting and repair of PCBs (Printed Circuit Boards) within medical equipment, ensuring rapid and exact recovery of device functionality
Conduct engaging and informative product demonstrations to educate and inspire prospective and existing customers
Respond promptly to service calls, troubleshoot technical issues, and deliver on-site and in-house technical resolutions
Collaborate with the sales team to identify customer needs, propose solutions,



and support sales conversions
Train end-users and staff on proper equipment handling, care, and basic troubleshooting
Prepare service and demo reports, maintain documentation, and update CRM tools
Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term relationships
Stay current with product developments, industry standards, and best repair practices
Participate in product launches, workshops, and events as the technical expert
Travel within your region as needed for service and demo activities

What We’re Looking For:
Degree/Diploma in Biomedical Engineering, Electronics, Medical Technology, or a related field
Solid hands-on experience in PCB repair and soldering techniques is a must
Experience servicing medical equipment preferred (freshers with strong PCB repair skills are welcome)
Robust communication and presentation skills for demos and client training
