Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced, energetic, and result-oriented Event Sales Manager / Senior Event Sales Executive with a solid background in hotel sales, wedding sales, luxury hospitality, MICE, or event management.

This role requires excellent presentation skills, commercial acumen, and the ability to deliver personalized event solutions for premium clients.

Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales




Generate and convert leads for destination weddings, luxury weddings, corporate events, MICE, and social celebrations.
Build relationships with wedding clients, corporates, travel companies, event agencies, luxury brands, and referral partners.
Develop current business opportunities through networking, strategic partnerships, exhibitions, and industry events.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
